Interview with Guy Horton

"This is a war.
    It is possible that a full scale assault will take place on Laiza". DVB's David Stout interviews Guy Horton from SOAS University of London, about his recent time in Kachin state.
   Guy answers questions on the state of the war, the threat to civilians, China's involvement and the international community's response to the conflict.
  Guy said he was concerned, "that there may be some sort of humanitarian disaster at the end of all this".
